Qué son las Humanidades Meditativas
The Institute for Meditative Humanities Education (IMHE) is a nonprofit educational and practice organization devoted to building humanity's inner infrastructure. Through contemplative practice, critical theory, and spiritual-ecological community-building, IMHE responds to the uncertainties of the AI and climate era by cultivating capacities for personal and collective transformation. IMHE works through four pillars — Learn, Practice, Research, and Community — and invites partners across audiences: 1. Individuals: lifelong contemplative education, Daily Zen, and koan inquiry; 2. Universities: Winter 2027 Study Abroad, HKU teaching collaboration, faculty development, and student programs; 3. Communities: shared practice, contemplative lectures, workshops, and volunteering; 4. Organizations: CARE leadership, ESG, and organizational culture; 5. Researchers: publications, research networks, conferences, and the Meditative Humanities Lab. We look forward to building a forward-facing meditative-humanities education network with partners across fields.
